The Sharjah Investment Centre (SIC) is an innovative project that offers a wide selection of residential and commercial plots, alongside a vibrant business park. Covering an extensive area of 32 million square feet in Sharjah, SIC is establishing a flourishing and sustainable investment platform.

SIC features a total of 723 plots, with Phase 1 being inaugurated in 2007 by SNASCO, a renowned master developer. Building on its initial success, Phase 2 was launched in January 2008, followed by Phase 3 in October 2008, ensuring a gradual yet comprehensive expansion of this ambitious venture. Phase 1 was completed in December 2008, Phase 2 in February 2009, and Phase 3 in June 2010.

One of the standout elements of SIC is its meticulous infrastructure development, including crucial features such as grading and leveling, a complete sewerage and drainage system, a dependable potable water network, an integrated district cooling setup, a reliable power grid, a seamless telecommunication network, and a well-connected road network. SIC holds the distinction of being the first development in Sharjah to incorporate a self-contained district cooling system.

Strategically positioned near the convergence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (E311) and Al Hamriyah Road (S144), providing easy access to the northern emirates and seamless connectivity to central Sharjah.
